Just four weeks ago it seemed as though the Chicago Bears were on their way to the playoffs.  Matt Forte was running the ball, and Jay Cutler was throwing better than any quarterback in the NFL.  

Now after Caleb Hanie’s indecision to spike the ball in Oakland, the struggle to score a touchdown against Kansas City, getting Tebowed and then an embarrassing loss to the Seattle Seahawks, Lovie Smith has made a change at QB.

Veteran Josh McCown will start Christmas night against the defending Super Bowl champion Green Bay Packers.  In a season that all seems to be lost, the decision was the right move for the Bears.
