The NFL draft is just as much luck as it is skill for general mangers and their coaching staffs. It is nearly impossible for a team to come out of the draft with every person on its board going into each round. An executive can only hope the stars align for him.
It’s still fun to look at the best-case scenario going into the draft. Right now, the Bears have some holes on defense and would still like to upgrade their offensive line. If everything works out, they can address all their needs and even add a wild card into the mix.
Should everything fall into place for the Bears in this year’s draft, their picks would look a lot like this.
