Here are the Week 3 Chicago Bears power rankings from various sites around the web:

ESPN: No. 10 (Last week: No. 7)

“QB Jay Cutler (six sacks) is still running from Saints defenders.”

Yahoo Sports: #9 (Last week: #5)

Analysis, If Jay Cutler started his own newspaper, would the first edition feature a headline reading, “Fox Sports Lacks Honesty”?

Sports Illustrated: #10 (Last week: #8)

Analysis, “I intended to drop the Bears out of the top 10 after their ugly showing against the Saints, but I can’t in good conscience push them below the Falcons, who they just blew out at home in Week 1. Don’t bother asking me which Bears team is the real one — the Week 1 or Week 2 version — because we all know they both are. You get the full rollercoaster effect of the ride in Chicago.”

Fox Sports: No. 12 (Last week: No. 10)

Analysis, “Last week I talked about the need to stay with the formula. This was not it. Cutler and the Bears’ offensive line have their limitations, and they won’t win many games with Cutler throwing 45 times. To limit mistakes, they can’t get into a shootout and must establish a running game.”

CBS Sports: No. 15 (Last week: No. 8)

Analysis, “If that offensive line doesn’t fix things, Cutler might not make it through the season alive. He’s getting beat up. Maybe the Packers defense is a tonic.”

Pro Football Talk: No. 12 (Last week: No. 7)

Analysis, “The Bears have to shake off a loss to the Saints and get ready for another Packer invasion.”

Walter Football: No. 7 (Last week: No. 5)
